Frequently Asked Questions
Translators work at a pace between 1,750-2,000 words per day. If you have a document that is 10,000 words, this will take around 5 working days to deliver back to you.
Almost any worldwide language! Currently we provide over 185 languages, and this is ever growing.
We have an information classification system. This is our system where we categorise incoming work as security level 1, 2 or 3, and then apply greater encryption and handling requirements as appropriate. By default, information is classified at Level 1. If one criterion on that list is met, it will go to Level 2, if more than 1 is met, it will go to Level 3. The client can choose to escalate this to Level 3 if they wish. Level 3 ensure we always send emails via secure file transfer.
We also have agreements in place with all our translators, including non-disclosure agreements
Our prices all depend on the word count of a file and which language you would like. For us to be able to give you the most comprehensive quotation we would need to receive the file for translation, that way we can analyse the word count using Trados ( our services page for explanation) and we can calculate how many repeated words there are – we charge 1/3 price on repetitions.
Almost any file type including MS Office, In Design, Publisher, AutoCAD
We only work with other businesses and are unable to collaborate with individual clients. We are, however, able to translate any personal documents if they are sent to us by a Company (your solicitor for example).
You can request a Certificate of Translation Accuracy by simply asking our team when contacting us and we will arrange via our Notary Public (Solicitor).
Our translators are accredited professionals that undergo a strict recruitment process, and their work is subject to frequent Quality Control Testing to ensure the highest standard of translation possible.
Yes we can if you request this when placing the project. Also, depending on the volume and how quickly you need it back, we can tag additional translators to the project to speed things up.
